Lesa is a former Principal and Educator with the Toronto District School Board. Prior to her retirement, she served as the Principal of North Kipling Junior Middle School in Toronto.

Lesa is a member of the Program Advisory Board for Merry Go Round Children’s Foundation. Her love for her students shows through her support of the Program during the school year.
