Rebecca is a partner at the law firm Wildeboer Dellelce LLP. Rebecca practises corporate and securities law with a focus on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital. Rebecca works with a range of clients, from start-ups to seasoned publicly-listed issuers and investment funds. Rebecca is also an adjunct professor at Osgoode Hall Law School, where she teaches Securities Regulation. Rebecca is passionate about giving back to the community, and was drawn to ComKids because of its positive impact on youth, and its unique position at the intersection of technology and education. Outside of work and ComKids, you can find Rebecca exploring different hiking trails and farmers markets with her partner, Naomi, and their rescue dog, Tabby.
